COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Whilst we hope the COVID-19 pandemic will not affect next winter, we have put measures in place to ensure that you can book with confidence by introducing a flexible deposit and payment process.  Please see details below which are included in full in clauses 4.1 and 4.2 of our new Winter 2022/2023 Terms and Conditions.  

Please note that the new terms detailed below apply to bookings made after 30th June 2020.

• Your deposit is fully refundable until August 31st 2022

• Final payment is required 10 weeks prior to departure (instead of 12)

• In the event that JMJ Snow is forced to cancel the workshop due to COVID-19 all clients will be refunded in full minus a 20% administration fee.

• In the event that a client is unable to attend the course due to travel restrictions imposed by COVID-19 the client will receive a full refund minus a 20% administration fee.

For all other eventualities our standard cancellation policy applies.
